I'm a low volume provider with high volume demand. As such, my schedule tends to fill up rather quickly. The same is true for my persona life. Between appointments; housework; friends; family; and of course, Scooter I have very little downtime. My life is just not conducive to last minute requests. It’s for this reason that same day bookings are NO LONGER available. I strongly recommend pre-booking AT LEAST 48hours in advance, but the more notice the better.
Do not assume we are booked just because you sent a request.
You MUST reconfirm 3 hours prior to our scheduled start time on the day of the appointment. You will then be given my exact address.
Buzz code & unit # will be given to you on the day of our booking. Please contact me upon arrival

There is a fee of 50% for any booking cancelled within 24 hours of our start time.

A No Call No Show is grounds for immediate blacklisting. I have a zero tolerance policy on the issue. Not only is it extremely inconsiderate, it's also very immature & cowardly.
